The first chord is a CMAJ no 7th here
The second is a DMAJ no 7th here
Think chord tones, play slowly ,listen, use non chord tone as passing notes.

rap is voicing quasi poems with a drone beat on a static tone... it may be an art form, but it sure aint no music Smile
I heard better sounds from a toilet than most rap artists :/

CM7 - D6/9

Play G major - (treat the C as the IV chord and the D as the V chord. It will sound the same as playing C lydian and D mixolydian.)
