A superb player, he lived here in Norway a couple of years, but I he moved back to the States. I saw him live a couple of times, and damn!!! He`s crazy Smile

I loved that version of "Cause we ended as Lovers". He's got the drama, danger, rawness and freedom that attract me as a listener. I like anybody who plays great, but this guy is very attractive to me as a listener. He takes you on a trip, and makes you want to listen again. I love how he gives a nod to Jeff Beck's version with the cries and volume swells, but his solo is completely different. It's actually a Stevie Wonder tune and Beck did it as a tribute to Roy Buchanan. Thanks Michael.

I'd honestly rather hear you Michael. I listened to 2 of 3 cuts and it seems obvious that he is a super guitarist at any style. I really like hearing people that I converse with, like yourself. There are so many great guitarists , to be honest I usually don't listen to too many signed artists. That means they have record contracts and endorsements. I do listen to Wes, Martino, Miles, Trane, Duke, Jobim,McCoy, Ella, Joe Pass, Coleman Hawkins,Gershwin, and lots of jazz. I play along and pick up as much as possible.I don't seek out hot guitarists, their intentions are usually too obvious and make me roll my eyes. I'd rather hear Bob Dylan. If someone cool posts a clip, I listen. I love many of the clips posted here, and learn allot. Don't stray Michael, we all love you. Sorry if our American ways seem weird to you.

Ehh, thanks for the compliments Ed Smile
One of the reasons I mentioned Gallaher is that everybody shold check him out live if they can. The record isn`t any near what he does live....
I`ll hopefully put up some new soundclips soon by the way, with my new D`Angelico....Smile

later man...
