Just got home from playing a concert tonight at a jazz club called
Carmen's de la Calle Cafe. A saxophonist and I did all music of
Tadd Dameron. His wife's a fine vocalist and also did several Dameron
tunes that have lyrics. It was great fun. Just had to tell about it.
Much fun! |

Robbro, No unfortunately it wasn't recorded, but I hope we can do that
soon, now that we have all this great material researched and
practiced. And there's still a good number of tunes that we
didn't cover. We did about 20 tunes. What a wealth of great
music. |
