| "Wit of the Staircase" and "Compass" really knocked my socks off. I liked everything I heard , and have listened to all your new tracks now. The tele really cuts through my crappy computer sound, and my impression is still the same as my first listen a year ago or so: this dude is seriously funky with really great rhythm and stays in the pocket even when he plays the heavy jazz stuff. I'll get the album soon Andy....even if you are a dirty Mets fan. |

Thanks for the kind words!
If I remember correctly, you are a Phillies fan, correct? I must say, as a Mets fan watching this past world series it was the only time in my life I can recall actually rooting for the Yankees
Best,

haha I was almost sorta kinda rooting for the Giants today, Eagles fan ya know .....and yes of course I'm a huge Phillies fan.
Hey that funkier stuff really does resonate well for me, and the lyrical approach to the jazz standards sounds great too. |

Hey Andy.
Sounds really great man. As Ed said, that tele sounds really good. I especially liked the part in the compass solo, when you started to play some more bluesy stuff, and really showed us your good tone. You should do more of that
Another highlight was Return to reason, you`ve got a really good flow in your lines there. I`ve never been that into fusion music, but I digged this Andy. Great work.
later,
