They are ok. Except the last A (or C as they call it on the sheet) That is a reharmonization that sounds good but is not always used and you'd better agree with the people you play with about that before playing the tune.
You could sub the 1st A part instead to have more basic changes.

Sounds good!
You might want to play the melody with even 8ths instead of
swing 8ths. That is in how melodies of ballads are mostly done. Try listening to a few recordings of the song you'll get used to it easily.
