Just acquired one of these and I'm very impressed. If you haven't seen it, the it's a very handy electronic tuner, bright display...but the big thing about it is that it can display the tuning status of all six strings at once. Genius piece of kit. So far haven't gigged it but it worked fine at a rehearsal; Was able to tune accurately and spent a lot less time doing so.

Plus, the switching being "true bypass", I didn't notice any effect upon the guitar tone.

would you mind answering

is it quick to detect the note ?
what batt does it take coin type or AAA type ?

Those clip-on headstock tuners even work well for banjos.

Referenced clip on is fast to detect notes on guitar and bass, even low B without problem. . . it's also accurate . . . battery is a disk type. . .
