I just wanted to say that I got a Dale Unger American Dream from archtop.com last week. And wow, what a guitar!!! It`s by far the best archtop I ever played. And it looks amazing, I`ve always wanted a violin burst archtop Smile

I`ll try to post some soundclips soon. Btw, you can see pictures of the guitar by following this link:

Yummy!!!
Good for you. If you've kept your others you'd have a tough time decide which guitar to grab!
That is a tough spot to be in Rolling Eyes Wink

Gene, haven`t sold the others yet, but the choice is quite easy Smile This guitar is just perfect!

Igiro, yeah, he learned from mr Benedetto. You can read some more here:

Igiro,

Yes. Dale Unger apprenticed with Bob Benedetto for several years. I learned this from Unger when I commented on the neck angle of his archtops to him at a show. (He uses a shallower angle than some makers, but it is the same angle as Benedetto uses.)

Unger's guitars and Benedetto's guitars are similarly designed and constructed. They both sound TREMENDOUS. Jazzy's violin burst is a beauty.

Very nice acoustic sound. Is there any amp at all on those clips, or is it all acoustic?

That *is* a beautiful instrument (I revisited the photo).
