I found this site doodling around on the pc, lots of great information here which is going to keep me very busy. I have been playing guitar for many years and currently play part time in a band that does everything from jazz/standards/swing to blues and rock. I feel that I have been stuck on a musical plateau and am looking to climb higher on the mountain, albeit probably at a slow pace, but one new technique per week would be welcome. I have ordered the Mark Levine book and am looking forward to digging in.

Welcome jazzed, I think many of us have a relative feeling, passing that 'musical plateau' so I suspect you'll be right at home here. Wink
