sorta... i'm more concerned with my other post now. I really am getting serious mixed feelings about it. Its really hard for me to reason.

Some say I should play the music and not worry about the pay. I need to be reasured though that I will be extremely good and get good pay. Its hard because people don't think I can mix the two. I like the music, and I want a steady income to support a family.

I don't feel worried about because no one in my other psot has answered my question.

Well if you are concerned about this, being a career musician CAN BE difficult. There is no assurance of income and collectively musicians don't make 'good pay', collectively very few do.

BUT, if you're REALLY good and persistant, you can do okay for yourself. My little brother is a great example of that. ( http://www.scottkinsey.com )

My experiences were less favorable and eventually decided to go to the stability side (got sick of being a starving musician). So it can go either way.

i see, and think itīs a good idea, i donīt know this from german schools, but the people here know how dangerous it is and itīs the job from the parentīs to told this to the kids
