Hi guys,
sorry this will be rather simple question, but I don't know what is the best way to solve this problem. What can be done when 6th string plays too loud - I mean disproportion in volume when compared to the rest of the strings ?
I set neck pickup, volume knob at about 7.

Thanks

adjust the pickup, either the angle/height via the pickup mount, or perhaps if there are adjustable pole pieces you can adjust the one for the string in question. you might also check the height of the bridge/saddle, to see if it's closer on the edge than with the other strings. it's a question of proximity to the too-loud string. because it's an E string, on the edge and not in the middle, I suspect it's a simple adjustment issue regarding one or more of the aforementioned.
