Good Morning Guys:
I have been using a loop station for the last couple of years...working as an accompaniest with singers and horn players. I just love it to lay down a chorus while the singer or horn player is doing theirs, then I have a set of changes to play over, just like there were two guitars. I currently have the Digitech Jam Man and it is really great. I'm also a bass player so I store bass only tracks at home, then out on the solo gig I have a bass player.
My question: I just ordered the 2GB memory card for it....supposed to give you up to 6 1/2 hours of stored loop (my whole book, twice!). I'm just wondering if anybody has had any experience with read/write time when using memory this big? There's not much chatter on the internet yet about it.
Regards! _________________ Chordspinner

I don't have the JamMan, but I do have a Digitech GNX3 with a 256MB and a 1GB card.
I have found that increasing the storage capacity of the memory card does not result in increased latency.
Peace.
